Bill 236, Draft 2 is a result of proposed amendments contained in <br /> Communication No. 997.3 and Communication No. 997.5, with additional amendments proposed to <br /> Communication No. 997.5, that were duly approved during the joint Committee meeting on March 11, <br /> 2008. <br /> <br /> The additional amendments to Communication No. 997.5 consisted of <br /> <br /> I. In the second sentence of Condition LA, adding the word "Extension" to "Haleki`i Street". <br /> <br /> 2. In Condition L.7(g), deleting the words "the Haleki`i Street Extension" and replacing with <br /> "Kaleiopapa Road" <br /> <br /> 3. In the first sentence of Condition L.8, adding the word "Extension" to "Haleki'i Street." <br /> <br /> 4.
