Should the Council adopt a Unified Impact Fees Ordinance setting forth criteria <br /> <br /> for the imposition of exactions or the assessment of impact fees, conditions <br /> included herein shall be credited towards the requirements of the Unified Impact <br /> <br /> Fees Ordinance. <br />
