The prior lease and various renewals <br /> between the County of Hawai'i and Hawai'i Island Adult Care, Inc. have expired and <br /> necessitates the negotiation of a new lease. <br /> <br /> Although Hawai'i Island Adult Care, Inc. is currently working on future plans for a new facility, <br /> they do anticipate having a new facility to move into for at least three years.
