KIC <br /> has entered into preliminary discussions with Oceanside 1250 over the issues specific to its <br /> properties affected in the Keauhou district, and while these discussions have been of a positive <br /> nature, there is no final agreement between the parties. Therefore, KIC is required to preserve its <br /> legal rights regarding the impact of the Development Agreement upon its lands and future <br /> <br /> development plans. <br /> <br /> Due to the short response time given to KIC, and the express desire by Oceanside 1250 <br /> to proceed with the County of Hawaii's final action on this Resolution and Development <br /> Agreement at this time, Kamehareha Investment Corporation hereby formally reserves any and <br /> all of its rights to register objection to any procedural and/or legal issues raised by the above <br /> Resolution and Development Agreement as they may affect KIC. <br /> <br /> Thank you for your consideration of this matter. <br /> <br /> <br /> cc: Oceanside 1250'~o._ <br /> Planning Director, County of Hawaii ptb No.- HC-C-lorry <br /> 1W.
