I am a Senior attending <br /> Hualalai Academy and sit on the Kealakehe Neighborhood Watch board as a <br /> <br /> Youth representative. <br /> <br /> I and my group have returned today to continue to support the "No Smoking in <br /> Public area's. ; Bill <br /> <br /> Ever since our last appearance here about a month ago, we have heard pro's and <br /> <br /> con's regarding this bill. Our adults feel that they should have designated <br /> "Smoking " area's in our community! And yes, this is a free country! <br /> <br /> As a child I have seen what the adult's have done with cigarettes, cigarette butts <br /> and the damage that they have imposed upon their bodies. Some of them will <br /> <br /> continue to smoke, while other's are trying to quit, or have already died from <br /> smoking. <br /> <br /> As a young adult, facing a troubled future, I want to be a role model to the <br /> <br /> generation upcoming; My generation have been a shaky one, had it not been for <br /> the discipline and love of my family; But I want the children today to follow my <br /> path of "No smoking" and help their generation by supporting "Smoking Ban's in <br /> <br /> public place's", so when they become adults, they will not have to witness a dirty, <br /> stinky environment! <br /> <br /> Today we will continue to support the ban, and I thank you for again providing us <br /> <br /> with the opportunity...
