Page 5, Section 5-6.3 (a). Insert a comma after the word "law". Also moved the new <br /> language "as provided by law," after the bracketed language. <br /> 2. Page 6, (c). Restore the original language "although such background or expertise is not <br /> a prerequisite for membership". <br /> 3. Page 6, (d).
