Restores some of the previously used language and sections. <br /> 2. Standardizes the language to be consistent with the rest of the charter. <br /> 3. Removes the Planning Commission from the appeals process. <br /> 4. Adds a transition section for existing commission members. <br /> 5. Adds a section to place this ordinance on the ballot of the next general election <br /> upon the council's adoption by appropriate resolution. <br /> 6.
