Togashi <br /> of Puna to the Hawaii County Planning Commission to replace <br /> Eddie Alonzo of Puna, whose term expired on December 31, 1997. <br /> Mr. Togashi is a life-time resident of Hawaii and since 1993 <br /> has been the Contract Administrator for Ka'u Agribusiness <br /> Company. Prior to that, he was with KTA Super Stores (1990-1992). <br /> His community activities include involvement with the Keaau <br /> Kula Neighborhood Watch, the Lehua Jaycees, the American Red <br /> Cross and the American Cancer Society. He is a member of the <br /> Democratic Party. <br /> If approved, Mr. Togashi will serve a term to end on <br /> December 31, 2002.
