Signatures to be validated if the signer includes 3 of the 4 qualifiers that are reasonably <br /> similar: name, the signature, mailing OR residence address, month and day of the birthdate <br /> and the date of signing. <br /> 2. That the total of qualified signatures is 10% of the voters who voted in the last Mayoral <br /> election. <br /> 3. The ballot question is written by the Petitioners committee. <br /> 4. The petition circulators need to sign a statement but not get the petitions notarized. <br /> 5. Defines when the measure becomes law. <br /> 6.
