No. 563-08 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Council Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> TIME: 10:43 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 563-08, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 563-08, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication <br /> No. 1085, dated March 11, 2008, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of <br /> more than one fiscal year for amulti-year lease for a copy machine for the Department of Parks <br /> and Recreation. <br /> The Department of Parks and Recreation, Coordinated Services for the Elderly at Kamana Senior <br /> Center, wishes to enter into amulti-year lease agreement for five years for one copier.
