BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> <br /> <br /> The Hilo Municipal Golf Course Starter's Office needs to replace its current computer system to allow <br /> for upgrade of programs and increased use. <br /> The equipment currently in use does not have sufficient disk space to run the necessary programs for <br /> maintaining daily statistics, record keeping, and reports beyond the year 2000.
