<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Other "Hard Drug" (non-mariiuana) grants available to Hawaii County Police <br /> <br /> <br /> The below listed grants are what the Police Department currently utilizes to enforce laws <br /> regarding "hard drugs" such as crystal methamphetamine ("ice"), cocaine and heroin. <br /> The amount of monies available in these grants is notably less that the grants that fund <br /> marijuana eradication due to the high cost of helicopter operations.
