I request that you respect Mayor Harry Kim with his veto of bill 224 regarding the proposed <br /> Smoking Ban at County Parks and Recreational facilities, <br /> and urge you to amend the bill to include designated smoking areas. <br /> <br /> Please accept this as written testimony in oppositon to <br /> Bill 224, and a request to amend.
