Bill 237, Draft 2, is a product of amendments contained <br /> within Communication No. 998.8 that were duly approved by the council at its County Council <br /> meeting of April 22, 2008. <br /> <br /> The amendment further down zoned the subject property from the planning director's <br /> recommendation of Residential and Agricultural 5 acre (RA-5a) to Residential and Agricultural <br /> 15 acre (RA-15a). <br /> <br /> Pursuant to Hawaii County Code section 25-2-43, Bill 237, Draft 2, shall be transmitted to the <br /> planning director and the planning commission for their review and recommendations.
