Pursuant HRS Chapter 346-63(b) the STATE is authorized to <br /> NN ..r.. wr Aw..r, <br /> enter into this Agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises contained in this Agreement, the <br /> <br /> STATE and the CONTRACTOR agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Scone of Services, The CONTRACTOR shall, in a proper and satisfactory <br /> <br /> manner as determined by the STATE, provide all the goods and services set forth in Attachment <br /> <br /> 1, which is hereby made a part of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> - r Time of-Performance. The performance required of the CONTRACTOR under <br /> <br /> this Agreement shall be completed in accordance with the Time Schedule set forth in Attachment <br /> <br /> 2, which is hereby made a part of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 3. Compensation.
