O. Box 458, <br /> Kamuela, Hawaii 96743; <br /> <br /> Witnesseth That: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Parker Ranch has requested that a traffic signal <br /> <br /> system be installed at the Puukalani Street and Mamalahoa Highway <br /> intersection, for its benefit; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Parker Ranch has also requested that a waterline <br /> <br /> system upgrade be made at that intersection; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii will install the Mamalahoa <br /> <br /> Highway improvements, which include the traffic signal and <br /> <br /> waterline system upgrade at Puukalani Street and Mamalahoa Highway <br /> <br /> (Kamamalu Street to Lindsey Road), County of Hawaii Job <br /> No. P-3257, FAP No. STP-019-1(24); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Parker Ranch has agreed to pay for twenty-five <br /> <br /> percent (25%) of the cost of the traffic signal improvements, <br /> which were placed for its benefit; and <br />
