No. 43-03 <br />PLACE: Council Chambers <br />TIME: 10:05 a.m. <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 43-03, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 43-03, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 61 by Director of Finance <br />William Takaba, via Communication No. 149, dated February 20, 2003. authorizes the Ofticc of <br />the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Stale of Hawaii Department of Defense, State <br />Civil Defense for the Citizen Corps Council and Community Emergency Response Team <br />Programs grant. <br />The State of Hawaii Department of Defense, State Civil Defense has authorized a $31.632 grant <br />to the Hawaii County Civil Defense Agency for the formation o1'a local Citizen Corps Council <br />(CCC), and to develop, form or expand the Community Emergency Response 'Team (CER'f) <br />training program.
