Section 4-32.1 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 <br />Edition), relating to the training: appointment; powers of Humane Officer. <br />Rill No. 117 proposes to transicr the duties fbr training. appointment and the authorization of <br />poNrr ol'humanc officers liom the Finance Director to the Police Chief since the contract fbr the <br />animal control in Ilawai'i Count' is now being administered by the liaNai'i County Police <br />Department. <br />Rill No. 117.
