Section I ~-12, Ilawai'i Counh Charter, the Council on behulfofihe <br />County, may accept gilts or donations of personal property. <br />Also, pursuant to Chapter '_. Artidc 30- Section 2-162 (c)- of the I lawai-i Counh- Code. am <br />donation or gift wfiich doe; not tall within the capitalization procedures of the department of <br />finance shall he submitted to the council by letter fin' its approval. <br />A letter of appreciation will be sent to the Kmart Corporation, Mr. Karl Lizza, 74-546 <br />Kamakacha Avenue. Kailua-Kona.
