Communication 278 <br />Bill 123 <br />Page 2 <br />l~he subject property is located in lone °X", an area determined to be outside Uic 500 scar Ilood <br />plain. <br />Because the property vv~as previously grubbed and graded, no known rare, threatened or endangered <br />species have been known to inhabit the site. <br />An archaeological licld inspection h~ Kechtman Consulting ibund that °thc property was <br />extensively graded for development and preciously used fin' cattle grazing.° so it is expected that <br />no archaeological or historic features exist on the property.' <br />Access to the property is From Kanrhoa Slrect via Ikawaihae Road. <br />County water is available ~o the subject property through two approved meters. One of the meters <br />is being relocated to comply with the Department of Water Supply's requirements for the <br />placement of meters to sen~ice the proposed two lots. <br />As there is no municipal sewer s~stcm in the area, wastewater will be disposed of in a septic tank <br />sy-stem meeting the standards and requirements of the State Department of I Iealth. <br />All other utilities and services ^rc available to the site. <br />Committee Member Curtis l~~ier noted that the background infin~mation staled that nr(m agencies <br />and associations did not respond .
