Jr.. et al. Civil No. 98-60 <br /> <br /> <br /> We respectfully request that the following resolution be assigned to the appropriate <br /> <br /> Council member and committee, if necessary, so that, it may be taken up at the next <br /> regularly scheduled County Council meeting: <br /> <br /> 1. Resolution authorizing the Corporation Counsel, and his authorized <br /> representatives, to enter into an agreement with the individually named <br /> defendants, who are employees of the County of Hawaii, to represent them <br /> in the civil action entitled George K. K. Hook vs. Edwin O. Akana, Jr., et <br /> al., Civil No. 98-60. <br /> <br /> We further request that the resolution be waived past committee meetings.
