Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 204-04, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 204-04, transmittedjoindy with Bill No. 282 by Director of Finance <br />William'I'akaba. via Communication No. 665, dated June 23, 2004, authorizes the acceptance of <br />a donation from the Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Foundation. <br />The Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Foundation was awarded a grant from the World Triathlon <br />Corporation and Ironman Foundation, and in turn, has graciously donated $2,000.00 to the <br />Hawaii County Fire Department for the purchase of a Fire C.A: f. Portable Command Post <br />2001-CP radio. <br />Pursuant to Article XI Il, Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter. the Council, on behalf of the <br />County, may accept gifts or donations of money, securities, or other personal property or of real <br />estate or any interest in real estate. <br />A letter of appreciation will he sent to the Daniel R.
