Condition O, as proposed for amendment by the Legislative Auditor, was amended to read as <br />follows: <br />" The applicant(s) shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and requirements of <br />other affected agencies, including the Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply <br />and Department of Health." <br />9.
