Peter Boucher, Wastewater Division Chief noted that Bill 31 1 streamlines the process by avoiding <br />duplicative actions and helps to eliminate the problem of late openings because council approval of a sewer <br />extension application was delayed. <br />The motion to amend Bill 31 I with Bill 311, Draft 2, transmitted by Communication No. 730.1, was carried. <br />Council member Tyler made a further motion to amend Section 21-21.6 (a) by reverting to the original <br />language and adding ublic between "All" and "sewers."
