BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> <br /> We are requesting the above appropriation in accordance with proposed Resolution No. 624-08 which was <br /> introduced by Councilman Bob Jacobson.
