The sixth WHEREAS clause is amended to delete item number one, replace the word "ensuring" with "ensure" and delete the word "permanent" in the current item number 5, and renumber the remaining items. In keeping the four-point plan grammatically consistent, the suffix "ing" was deleted from the first word of each point, to read as follows: "WHEREAS, the United States Military is hereby requested, with urgency, to address the potential hazards of depleted uranium at the P6hakuloa Training Area with the following [€we-point] four-point plan: [1 Ordering i 1 + halt t B 2 bombing n to all live umissions that ereate dust t'1 tl, t and elean tip of thee [2] 1.
