South Hilo. <br /> <br /> On Friday, March 20, 1998 a public hearing before the Planning Commission will be held <br /> which will directly affect the Pauka'a Community. The request for an Amendment to Condition B <br /> of Ordinance No. 90-144 (Bill No. 52) is being sought by the Wainaku Congregation of Jehovah's <br /> Witnesses. Approximately 7.184 acres of land was re-zoned for AG--20 to AG--3A The Jehovah's <br /> Witnesses are requesting an extension of time to submit subdivision plans to secure final subdivision <br /> approval specifically at TMK- 2-7-38: 003. <br /> <br /> The Pauka'a Community Association requests information relevant to this change of <br /> Ordnance.
