We have the following comments: <br /> <br /> 1. Ms. Mandala's plans show a serving window located on the building's front. The <br /> customers would be standing on a concrete platform, a portion of which is within the <br /> road right-of-way. The road right-of-way is property that Ms. Mandala does not own <br /> and she must secure the owner's permission for its use before we can approve her <br /> project and sign off on her Building Permit Application to construct such improvement. <br /> <br /> 2. The Department of Public Works is the agency which administers the use of the road <br /> right-of-way.
