Cus- <br /> tomers will be standing on a concrete pad, running along the <br /> front of building, a portion of which extends into the county <br /> right-of-way. <br /> As you can see from the attached drawing and photographs of <br /> of.the building, the concrete pad is sizeable, with an approxi- <br /> mate length of 30 feet, and a width of 9 feet to the roadway <br /> in front of the take-out window. <br /> <br /> There will not be tables or any places to sit. Customers will <br /> stand in front of the window to place orders and receive items <br /> from the juice bar. <br /> We request the Council's approval to allow use of the take-out <br /> window to provide service to customers standing on the concrete <br /> pad in front of the building. <br /> Thank you for your help.
