Arakaki, Council Chairman <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> <br /> FROM Aaron Chung, Chainnan <br /> Finance Committee <br /> <br /> RE: Attached Resolution Concerning Tailan vs. County, et al. <br /> Civil No. 98-00142 SPK <br /> <br /> <br /> Pursuant to Section I (e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County <br /> of Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regards to Resolution No.-?94, authorizing <br /> the Corporation Counsel, and his authorized representatives, to enter into an agreement with <br /> the individually named defendants, who are employees of the County of Hawaii, to represent <br /> them in the civil action entitled Wesley P.
