However, <br /> the purchase of these generators was instead made possible with the use of grant funds. <br /> Thus, the $325,000 will now be applied towards the installation of these generators and <br /> done through a Capital Improvement Project. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution transferring $325,000 out and from the Civil Defense Agency's <br /> Equipment account and crediting it to the Transfer to Capital Projects Fund. <br /> <br /> In order to transfer the funds prior to the end of this fiscal year, we request a waiver from <br /> the Finance Committee and to have this resolution heard at the Council meeting <br /> scheduled for June 18, 2008. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Civil Defense Agency. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> l <br /> ^William Takaba <br /> Director of Finance <br /> <br /> APPROVED: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> F Harry Kim <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> Enc. <br /> Comm.
