The bid came in higher than anticipated. $1,000,000 was <br /> provided by the State of Hawai'i and with $100,000 already used for plans and specs, the remaining <br /> $900,000 is set to lapse on June 30, 2008. The Community Development Block Grant is to provide <br /> $420,353.57 for the ADA portion of the cost. Therefore, an additional County match of $571,936.43 <br /> is needed now to encumber the State money in a contract to be executed before June 30, 2008. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution transferring $571,936.43 out and from the General Fund's Provision for <br /> Compensation Adjustment account and crediting it to the Transfer to Capital Projects Fund.
