Angel Pilago, Council Member <br /> <br /> RE: Proposed amendment to Bill 283 (Relating to Abandoned Special Mobile <br /> Equipment, Vehicles, Trailers and Equipment on Wheels). <br /> <br /> Transmitted herewith is a proposed amendment to Bill 283, that relates to abandoned special <br /> mobile equipment, vehicles, trailers, and equipment on wheels. This amendment would remove <br /> subsections (e), (f), (g), and (h), that draft 1 of the bill added to the section. The remaining <br /> subsection (i) would then be redesignated subsection (e). <br /> <br /> This proposed amendment is the result of further discussions with the Office of the Corporation <br /> Council and the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.
