The property is located in the Kaloko Mauka <br /> Subdivision on the north side of Kaloko Drive at approximately the 2,480 foot elevation, <br /> <br /> Kaloko, North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-3-25:13. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> <br /> 1. Land Ownership: Windward Enterprises, Inc. is the fee owner of the subject <br /> property. <br /> <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> 2. Request: The owners, would like to subdivide the property into seven (7) lots of <br /> approximately 3-acres each. The application is for 21.961 acres, at the 2,480 foot <br /> <br /> elevation to be reclassified from A-20a to FA-3a. <br /> 3. Objectives: "The owner wishes to subdivide the property into 3-acre lots to increase <br /> <br /> the potential of the property and yet in keeping with the policies established by the <br /> County Council to preserve the character of the land and protect and maintain as much <br /> <br /> as possible the naturally forested areas." <br /> 4.
