C®UI~TTY OF I-iAWAI~l <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE ®F I~AWAI~I <br />s~~ o~ <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATEll FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the existing cooling system in the Office of the County Clerk, at 333 <br />Kilauea Avenue, Ben Franklin Building is inadequate; and <br />WHEREAS, the higher cubical partitions have blocked the air circulation to three areas <br />of the Office of the County Clerk and the vendor has recommended an additional air conditioner <br />unit; and <br />WHEREAS, the shortfall in the Clerk-Council Svc Equip account will be supported by <br />excess funds in the Clerk-Council Svc OCE account; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $10,400 <br />~~i JT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.02 Clerk-Council Svc OCE $10,400 <br />Misc.
