As I was not named as a party, I felt it <br /> prudent to do as I was instructed and cooperated fully with the Corporation <br /> Counsel's handling of the case. <br /> <br /> While I am not a party to the case, based on the reports in the newspaper from an <br /> anonymous source and the subsequent articles that have appeared, I feel that I <br /> have suffered the most damage in terms of reputation and character. I therefore, <br /> find it necessary at this point to retain counsel who I feel can best protect my <br /> interest and request that my counsel be present at any time this case is discussed <br /> to protect my rights and interests. <br /> <br /> I look forward to a prompt reply to insure that my attorney will be available to <br /> attend the executive session.
