With our traffic issue <br /> as critical as it is today, all pedestrians (especially children and the elderly) and cyclists need a safe alternative. <br /> Also, how can we encourage people to walk and ride bikes - instead of using their cars/energy - when it is <br /> dangerous and difficult to do so.
