COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />08 <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />65 BILL NO. 2s5 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL - 15,000 SQUARE FEET (RS-15) TO SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL - 10,000 SQUARE FEET (RS-10) AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, <br />COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-4-010:031. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br />described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br />Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential - 10,000 square feet (RS-10): <br />Beginning at a pipe at the southwest comer of this lot and on the east boundary of <br />Waiakea Homestead, Lot 612-B, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br />Government Survey Triangulation Station "Halai"being 11294.20 feet South and <br />7707.28 feet East, and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br />175° 40' 100.00 feet along the east boundary of <br />Waiakea Homestead, Lot 612-B, to a <br />pipe; <br />2. 265° 40' 222.00 feet along Lot 7 to a pipe; <br />3. 355° 40' 100.00 feet along the west side of a 40-foot <br />road to a pipe; <br />-1- <br />
