<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> pT~MtY Os N <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI` I STATE OF HAWAI` I <br /> <br /> ~•Oi•M~'~ <br /> <br /> BILL NO. 291 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 08 95 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-288.1, schedule 36.1 (active <br /> <br /> loading and unloading zones), subsection (c)(1), South Hilo, of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 <br /> (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br /> 1 ) Kamehameha Avenue, mauka side, [ <br /> sixty feet in the 145fnWeaa difeefien ] beginning; from a point ninety <br /> four feet west of Mamo Street and extending forty-four feet in the <br /> westerly direction, from 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on Wednesdays <br /> and Saturdays." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken <br /> <br /> material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br /> <br /> person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
