We have enclosed a June 3, 1998, letter <br /> from Robert A. Stuit, Director of Planning for Oceanside 1250, a June 23, 1998, memo from <br /> Mike McCall, Valuation Analyst, to Gary Kiyota, Real Property Tax Administrator, and a memo <br /> from Kalani Schulte to myself. <br /> <br /> The Real Property Tax Office has reviewed the ownership documents and have concurred with <br /> Oceanside 1250 that the parcel belongs to the State of Hawaii and the tax records have been <br /> corrected.
