Ford '~ <br /> Council Member ~ .`~' `'`''` <br />~ <br /> <br />SUBJECT: . <br />Resolution Urging the United States Military to Add a Hawaii <br />County Council- <br /> Designated Member to Citizen Monitoring System Proposed by Resolution No. <br /> 639-08, Draft 2 <br />Resolution No. 639-08, Draft 2, as adopted by the council on July 2, 2008, urged the U.S. <br />Military to establish a citizen monitoring system as part of an eight-point plan to address the <br />hazards of depleted uranium at the Pohakuloa Training Area.
