REQUEST: <br />Amend Ordinance 08-79, the Capital Budget by adding an appropriation for: <br />Flood Damage Repairs (FEMA) <br />$ 1, 000, 000.00 <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />We are requesting an appropriation in the Capital Projects Fund to account for the reimbursable <br />expenditures incurred due to the December, 2007 storms.
