COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE- OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~~'~ ~''~ <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Kohala Country Fair, with a 24 year history of providing a unique <br />opportunity for individuals, local businesses and community leaders to promote various projects <br />and issues, will this year focus on driving awareness and respect to sustainable living; and <br />WHEREAS, by providing an "ALI`I" sponsorship, the fair will help fund local <br />organizations that are currently working toward sustainable living on a daily basis; and <br />WHEREAS, the North Kohala Community Resource Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit <br />organization will act as fiscal sponsor for the Kohala Country Fair "Living Sustainably <br />Together" 2008 event; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Research and Development to be used to fund the North Kohala Community <br />Resource Center's Kohala Country Fair "Living Sustainably Together" 2008 event; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.161.5162.98 <br />General <br />$5,000 <br />Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $5,000 <br />Department of Research and Development $5,000 <br />Hawaii County Resource Center <br />(North Kohala Community Resource Center <br />Living Sustainably Together) <br />
