Political, <br /> environmental and economic instability rises on every front. Yet for <br /> <br /> the majority of the Hawaii county council, it will be, "Business, as <br /> always here!" I christen you with the acronym, B A A H. <br /> "Baah," as in sheep. <br /> <br /> <br /> We demand full compliance to the Hawaii County <br /> Charter by all county agencies and bodies! <br /> <br /> <br /> The last time here we demanded that the county of Hawaii <br /> conform to their charter and produce a critical program review or <br /> immediately terminate the marijuana eradication program. Though <br /> failing to keep you law abiding, we all learned important things. <br /> <br /> 1. We witnessed council person John Santangelo admit to <br /> have "grown in the past". His utterance was made in order to blunt <br /> accusations that he used to grow pot in the district he now <br /> <br /> represents. I must admit that, it was a great pleasure to see this un- <br /> indicted felon, slither in self promotion. I guess from past practice it <br /> was not too hard for John Santangelo to again break another law and <br /> continue the eradication program. <br /> <br /> 2. Bobbie Jean Leithead-Todd admitted outside this <br /> chamber to numerous witnesses that, the reason she personally <br /> thought the overall marijuana prohibition should stay in effect was <br /> <br /> partly based on her experience with a former boyfriend. The topic of <br /> what Ms. Leithead-Todd's boyfriend did, sounds to be of a personal <br /> nature, but she brought it up as an example of why the illega <br /> ODMM Nc.
