The Ouli affordable housing project is located <br /> <br /> to the west of Anekona Estates and is within the State Land Use Urban District. In <br /> June 1998, the County Council approved a State Land Use Boundary Amendment from <br /> <br /> an Agricultural to Rural District and a Change of Zone from A-5a to RA-2a for a 5.00 <br /> acre parcel in the Kanehoa Subdivision.
