General Plan Land Use Pattern Allocation Guide (LUPAG) Map: Extensive <br /> Agricultural which allow uses for pasturage and range lands. <br /> <br /> 9. County Zoning: The property is currently zoned Agricultural-5 acre (A-5a). <br /> 10. SMA: The property is not situated within the Special Management Area. <br /> <br /> DESCRIPTION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY AND SURROUNDING AREA <br /> 11. These subdivisions <br /> include single-family residential and agricultural uses and/or vacant lands. There are <br /> <br /> approximately 26 lots that are encumbered with Condominium Property Regime within <br /> the Anekona and Kanehoa Subdivisions. The Ouli affordable housing project is located <br /> <br /> to the west of Anekona Estates and is within the State Land Use Urban District. In <br /> June 1998, the County Council approved a State Land Use Boundary Amendment from <br /> <br /> an Agricultural to Rural District and a Change of Zone from A-5a to RA-2a for a 5.00 <br /> acre parcel in the Kanehoa Subdivision. Similar land use changes were also approved <br /> <br /> in October 1996 for two 5-acre parcels within the Kamuela Plantations Subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br /> -2- <br />
