Sanford <br /> Tax Map Key: 6-2-11:22 <br /> <br /> The Planning Commission, after a duly held public hearing on August 20, 1998, voted to <br /> recommend for your approval the proposed legislative bills to change the district classification <br /> for approximately 5.203 acres of land from Agricultural (A-5a) to Residential and Agricultural <br /> (RA-2a) and for a State Land Use Boundary Amendment from an Agricultural to Rural <br /> <br /> District. The property is located in Anekona Estates Subdivision on the south side of Kanehoa <br /> Drive approximately 1/4 mile south of Kawaihae Road, Ouli, South Kohala, Hawaii. <br /> <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the applications: <br /> <br /> State Land Use Boundary Amendment <br /> <br /> The approval of the reclassification from the State Land Use Agricultural to the <br /> Rural District will not be violative of Section 205-2, Chapter 205, Hawaii Revised <br /> Statutes, nor will it be inconsistent with the Land Use Commission Rules, the County <br /> General Plan and the Hawaii State Plan.
