NO. 143 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:07 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Pazks, to which was referred Communication No. 443 <br /> and attached Resolution No. 143, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 143 is to authorize the County, pursuant to section 23-10 of the <br /> Hawaii County Code and article XIII, section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, to accept a <br /> dedication deed transmitting real property for road and drainage purposes from the following: <br /> Craig S. and Claire A. Shigeoka, co-trustees under a deed of trust dated May 25, 1990, for the <br /> benefit of the Shigeoka family; Christopher Brilhante; Stephen and Robyn Perry; Michelle <br /> Brilhante; William Brilhante; and Craig T. and Karlyn L. Hamamoto. The dedication deed is For <br /> a roadway lot located within the Ho'onani Subdivision, identified as Tax Map Key <br /> No.(3)2-2-045:152. <br /> Communication No. 443 is a letter from Corporation Counsel Richazd D.
