NO. 146 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:07 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 451 <br /> and attached Resolution No. 146, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 146 is to authorize the County, pursuant to Article XIII, Section <br /> 13- l2 of the Hawaii County Charter, to accept donations of real property from Timothy A. <br /> Dernbach and Jerome H. Mooney. Mr. Dernbach's donation consists of approximately 1,816 <br /> square feet or 0.042 acre of land located at Paauilo Homesteads, District of Hamakua, Island and <br /> County of Hawaii, identified as Tax May Key No. (3)4-3-15:009 (portion). <br /> Mr. Mooney's donation consists of approximately 0.770 acre of land located in the District of <br /> Puna, Island and County of Hawaii, identified as Tax May Key No. (3)1-8-73:65 (portion). <br /> Acquisition of the donated parcels by the County of Hawaii is necessary to complete the Oshiro <br /> Bridge and Kalopa/Aliipali Bridge replacement project, Federal Aid Project No. BR-0100(49). <br /> Communication No. 451 is a letter from Corporation Counsel Richard D.
