NO. 606 (RESOLUTION NO. 198 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:05 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 606, <br /> and Resolution No. 198, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 198 is to authorize the County, pursuant to Section 23-10 of the <br /> Hawaii County Code and Article XIII, Section of 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, to accept <br /> donations of real property from The Mountain View Road Maintenance Association. The <br /> property is located in Olaa, District of Puna, Island and County of Hawaii, Tax Map Key (3) 1-8- <br /> 004:110 (portion) consisting of approximately 0.671 acres, (3) 1-8-004:1 ]2 (portion) consisting <br /> of approximately 0.667 acres; and (3) 1-8-004:008 (portion) consisting of approximately 1.992 <br /> acres.
