NO. 780/RESOLUTION NO. 252 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> T[ME: 9:05 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 780, <br /> and attached Resolution No. 252, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 252 is to authorize the County of Hawaii, pursuant to Section 23-10 <br /> of the Hawaii County Code, and Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, to accept <br /> a dedication deed transmitting real property to provide aten-foot future road widening strip to the <br /> County at no cost to the County, pursuant to Condition E of Ordinance No. 97-39 from Peter C. <br /> Dungate and Angelica L. Dungate, husband and wife.
